New Customers
If you are a new customer you will need to register a new dealer account on our website. Please click on the Dealer Account link located at the bottom of the home page and follow the instructions to create a dealer account. Once your account is approved we will send you a customer ID number and assign a dealer account representative to you, in order to assist you with any questions you may have. If you have questions while trying to set up a dealer account please call 888-604-2215.
Existing Customers
If you are an existing customer you can submit an order on our website or email the order form to your assigned account representative. ( -

Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours to the address you have listed in your account information. If an item is out of stock an ETA will be provided as order confirmation. Drop-shipping directly to your clients is also available.

Payment Information
 1.For qualifying repeat customers we offer a 30 day payment term from the INVOICE DATE. (Otherwise all orders are PREPAID) We do not offer COD.
 2.We accept payment by check, VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER or PAYPAL.
 3.Overdue invoices of 60 DAYS or more are subject to report and collections. Checks with insufficient funds are subject to a $35.00 charge.

Note: A credit card is necessary to set up all new dealer accounts for pre-payment of all orders. You can request an account review after 90 days to see if your account qualifies for 30 day billing.

Changing an Order

Most orders you place will enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. Please call or email your assigned customer service representative to make changes to your orders.

Cancellation Policy

We will accept the cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped cancellation is not possible, but you may return the goods to Designart's warehouse for a refund or exchange. If you choose to return an item that has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from our warehouse.

Return Policy

All works of art presented in our gallery are meticulously checked and carefully selected by a team of experienced professionals, so that each and every  one of our customers may without a doubt, enjoy their artwork .
Designart is committed to make sure your customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, exchange is available for customers to solve product related problems (quality issues, damages).
Every painting we sell is 100% hand painted with oil on canvas. Since it's impossible to paint the exact same painting every time, the artwork you receive may vary slightly in color and texture from the sample photo above. This is what makes our hand painted artwork more valuable than prints.

 •We will accept the return of any product provided it is in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date for credit towards your account.. Designart charges a 30% RESTOCKING FEE if Designart is not at fault for the return.
 •All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION TICKET from Designart . The warehouse will refuse any returns without this ticket.
 •We DO NOT provide payment for RETURN SHIPPING except for defects or order processing irregularities.
Return Instructions
 1.Please call Designart for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION TICKET.
 2.Once you get a RMA #, fill out the Return Authorization Form and email it to your assigned customer service representative.
 3.If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, designart will issue a FEDEX CALL TAG. Otherwise the retailer is responsible for all return shipping.
4.Credit towards your account will occur as soon as the product is received and inspected by Designart.
NOTE: All requests for returns must be by the RETAILER and not the END USER. All end users must contact the RETAILER they originally ordered from if they wish to return an item.

Warranty Information
Limited Warranty

Designart guarantees all products against defects in production for a period of 90 days. When a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace it at our discretion at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. Shipping charges apply.
General Terms

To obtain service under this warranty, contact our customer service department by email or telephone.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
General Exclusion

This warranty does not apply to merchandise sold "as is". Defects caused by customer abuse or negligence is not covered. The liability of seller for any defect in the affected goods shall be limited to repairing or replacing the goods, whichever seller shall elect. Seller's option to repair or replace is hereby expressly agreed to be buyer's sole remedy. Under no circumstances shall seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of warranty of merchantability or for any other reason.
